By using TeacherAI you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable; a lawyer should still review them before a district contract.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 to create a teacher account; schools may create supervised student accounts under their own agreements.
Acceptable use
Don't use TeacherAI to violate any law, harm minors, harass anyone, or attempt to extract our or others' proprietary content. We can suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions
Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for the unused remainder of a yearly plan are available within 14 days of renewal.
AI output
TeacherAI generates drafts. You're responsible for reviewing AI output before sharing it with students, parents, or administrators. Treat every score and comment as a draft until you've approved it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeacherAI's liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
